Supervisor with: 

• Excellent English
• Minimum 3 years experience in restaurants/hotels
• Strong operations knowledge - general shift management - reservations; cash; team; customers; etc
• Spanish an advantage, but not a must
• A crazy, fun-loving character
• Great communicaction skills; both on the floor and the phone
• Ability to manage a great team
