Lola Cancellation Policy

It's with a heavy heart that we've had to introduce this policy as we never opened Lola with the intention of taking credit card details to secure bookings, but unfortunately due to the high level of no shows and last minute cancellations, needs must.

Please be assured your card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice of your booking. In such cases, a €20 per person cancellation fee will be charged to your card. This would also apply to a drop in numbers without 12 hours’ prior notice, that is a €20 per person fee will be charged to your card for those who did not show. 

We apologise for this, but unfortunately we can no longer afford to bear this cost to our business or team. In October 2021 we had 250 same day cancellations of which 40 were no shows as you can imagine that's quite a loss to us.

We hold reserved tables for 15mins after which we release as a no-show and your card will be charged.

By supplying your card details you are giving us permission to make these charges at our discretion in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Your card details are stored on our fully PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), integrated STRIPE account. No card details will be stored in an electronic format in an unsecure manner.
