For reservations taken through ResDiary software, your data will only be stored in the UK. ResDiary data is stored securely in data centres managed by Rackspace.
For emails; your data is stored via the Google platform that we use for our booking mails at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your interests and preferences so that we can contact you with information relevant to you. We may make use of additional information about you when it is available from external sources to help us do this effectively.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent. We will not pass your details to any third parties for marketing purposes unless you have expressly permitted us to. Furthermore, you can change your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us by email at email@example.com.

The Cookies We Use
- exp_last_visit - Sets the datetime that the user last visited the site, and is set for both guests and logged in users. If not set, is automatically set to 10 years ago.
- exp_tracker - Tracks the last 5 pages viewed by the user, and is used primarily for redirection after logging in etc.
- exp_last_activity - Every time the state is updated (the page reloaded) the last activity is set to the current datetime. Used to determine expiry.
- exp_sessionid - A uniquely generated ID that corresponds to the session_id column in the exp_session table. Used when cookie and session are set as the session type.
- _gat_gtag_UA-50334274-1, _ga, _gid - Analytical cookies for us to better craft the user experience based on your page view experiences.
