It was so important to us to have pulpo on the menu as we adore it - but more importantly to ensure it is succulent and delish! We knew we were on the right track when a gorgeous Galician customer said to us, "It's the first time I've been made feel homesick in the 6 years I've lived in Dublin.". While we were sorry to have made her feel homesick, we were delighted to know she loved our pulpo.
We've sampled it all over Spain and loved it nearly every place we've been. We especially enjoy sharing it with Anna's family in Arenys de Mar, El Maresme.
