Veniablo, Zamora the inspiration for our pincho moruno..
Having spent many a fantastic week at the Fiestas de Veniablo, Anna fell in love with the pincho moruno that all the bars around Zamora serve. On entering the packed bars, you cry "Uno que si, otro que no!" dependent on whether you'd like your pincho moruno spicy or not...
It took us some time to get the flavours right.. but we're happy now with the result! Our pincho is marinated overnight in our special spice selection to ensure the tenderest of pork reaches your plate.
