Espinacas con garbanzos or espinacas a la catalana?
It was a tough decision whether to run with espinacas con garbanzos or espinacas a la catalana, but the former won over after our visit to El Rinconcillo in Seville. Established in 1670, it's one of the oldest tapas bars in Seville. Gorgeous place where they write your order in chalk on the timber bar in front of you. Their espinacas have a moorish influence with chickpeas and cumin that delighted our taste buds. So of course, we had to include them on the menu!
