The search for the perfect anchoa
It took us some time to find the right anchoa without having to completely break the bank (but with Anna driving us crazy). We eventually found them - soft, velvety smooth and succulent. Our first time trying them we ate them whole in hunger and desperation, but now we savour them little by little.
